This place is simply stunning, well-maintained, and suited us fine, we both enjoyed it.

The staff were very helpful and friendly and the hotel was in a more relaxed location in comparison to places such as Kuta. While certaintly not in the 'luxury' category it provided all the services and facilities necessary.

The hotel is a bit 'jaded', 'tired', 'old'. The rooms need renovation, especially the bathroom, with many fixtures not quite in working order.

The staffs were absolutely amazing, always going above and beyond to ensure our stay was incredible. The location couldn't be better, just a short walk from the harbor and close to all the amenities we needed. The breakfast buffet was mind-blowing, with a wide variety of delicious options to satisfy both Western and Asian tastes. The pool area was super relaxing, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. We also enjoyed the convenient transportation services provided by the hotel, making it easy to get around. our stay was jaw-droppingly good and we can't wait to come back in the near future!

Had a fine stay for 12 nights, it met every demand. Came in Sanur to relax and have fun, this low-budget hotel was excellent place for doing it. The venue location was good and stunning by gardens. And we were close to the human beach, the boats to Nusa Penida and other islands and shopping areas or restaurants.

Central location next to the big Sanur shopping centre, and the presentable beach, it was in a very nice area. The breakfast food was GOOD, different choices to eat like fresh bread, pancakes, eggs, and meats.

Room a little small. Large balcony. Breakfast is great! Lots of choice. It's a buffet. Pool at hotel is great. The hotel has a shuttle service to the beach and two other stops. It's a free service. Great! Walk to the beach is about 5 minutes. Maybe less then 5 minutes. Boat to Lembongang and Gili Island is at the beach!

Hotelstaff first said they would give us a premium room. But instead we got a old room without balcony at the very end of the hotel. We got back to the reception to tell them we made a reservation for a room with balcony, then finnaly we received the room we had made reservation for. But the room is very small!

The beds were comfortable. the view of the beach was incredibly beautiful. - All the staff was fabulously helpful. - Prime and strategic location to a diving center.

The team provided a perfect service. The restaurant was great for the main lobby and the restaurant, we ordered hot dishes. The location was great, you can visit Matahari Terbit Beach by walking...

Early check in and late check out. Spotless rooms in the open space, and good pool. Location close enough to the shops and the beach, a Chinese restaurant and the center.

We got excellent value for our money at Prime Plaza Hotel in Bali. The room was lovely, clean, and well-furnished, with special touches for our honeymoon. The staff treated us amazingly, going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The location was convenient, close to the public beach and golf courses. The hotel grounds, including the pool area and lobby, were beautifully maintained.

The morning meal could have been better with warmer buffet options.

Premium Double Room was bright, spacious and very clean. Lovely gardens and pool area.

Great selection of breakfast options however limited number of cereals available eg no muesli.

We booked a premier room for one night and had a really good stay. the garden view was an unexpected bonus. the location was perfect and easy, within walking distance of Matahari Terbit Beach. There was a poolside restaurant nearby.

Great swiming pool / tennis table / pool. Breakfast buffet. Shuttle to go in town or to the beach club of the hotel.

Business atmosphere (cold) but ok for one night.
